Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms apply to tracingpages.com, the worksheets on it and the worksheets you make with our generator. By using the site you agree to them. They are meant to be generous: the worksheets are free, and we want them used.
What you may do
Free of charge, and without asking us first, you may:
- Print, download and photocopy any worksheet on the site, as many times as you like.
- Use the worksheets at home, in a classroom, in a homeschool or co-op, in tutoring, or in occupational therapy sessions.
- Make a copy for every student in a class.
- Send a link to a worksheet to parents, colleagues or anyone else.
- Include printed worksheets in a pack you hand out free, such as a take-home folder.
This applies to schools, libraries, daycares, therapy practices and non-profits as well as individuals. You don’t need to credit us, though a link back is appreciated.
What we ask you not to do
- Don’t sell our worksheets, on their own or as part of a paid bundle, workbook or printed book. That includes Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy and Amazon KDP.
- Don’t rehost the files. Please don’t upload our PDFs or images to another website, app or file-sharing service. Share a link to the page instead.
- Don’t present them as your own work, or remove the TracingPages.com footer in order to do that.
- Don’t scrape the site in bulk or run automated tools that slow it down for other people.
If you want to use the worksheets in a way these terms don’t cover, ask us. We often say yes.
Worksheets you make with the generator
You may use worksheets you make with the generator under the same terms as the ready-made ones. You are responsible for the text you type into it. As explained in theprivacy policy, that text stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Ownership
The TracingPages name and logo, the site design, the generator software and the layout of our worksheets belong to us. Letters, numbers and names are not ours, and the permissions above are a license to use our material, not a transfer of ownership. The worksheet fonts, Patrick Hand and Edu QLD Beginner, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Handwriting guidance
The letter formation tips and practice suggestions on this site are general guidance for parents and teachers. They are not a substitute for advice from your child’s teacher, an occupational therapist or another professional who knows your child.
No warranty
We check our worksheets, but the site and its files are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, that every file will print correctly on every printer, or that a worksheet suits a particular curriculum or child. Please look over a sheet before you rely on it, and tell us if something is wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its materials. Nothing in these terms limits any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Advertising and links to other sites
We may show ads served by third parties. An ad on this site is not an endorsement by us. We also link to other websites and are not responsible for their content or terms. How advertising affects your data is covered in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update, and continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the new version. Worksheets you printed earlier remain covered by the terms that applied when you printed them.
Governing law
TracingPages serves a United States audience. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
